The visual inspection documents conditions visible to the diver at the time of service. Water clarity, fouling, geometry, and access can restrict visibility. It is not an engineering assessment, structural certification, flotation-capacity calculation, or guarantee of concealed conditions. If a potential concern is observed, the report can help the owner decide whether a qualified marine surveyor, engineer, or repair specialist should investigate further.
